11. Shimmer Chic
Let’s begin with one of the boldest statements of all: shiny metallics. Today’s couples are embracing all things sparkling as they approach fashion and decor… It’s like a gilded Anthro Christmas exploded with lustrous energy! And we gotta say, the finished products are stunners every time.

12. Folio Wedding Invitations
Next on the docket is folio wedding invites. Paper goods are getting 3D these days with intricately decorated boxes or folios to hold all the paper goods together in an artful way. We love the way each folio is unique and couples can customize everything from pocket placement to texture to their names or crest!

13. Terrarium Wedding Decor
If you thought the terrarium wedding trend just applied to flowers, then friend, let me take you on a journey. There are so many ways to utilize acrylic boxes or pedestals to create that terrarium effect that our heads are swimming with the possibilities. 15. Brushtroke Wedding Cakes
Call ’em brushstroke cakes or shard cakes, these confections are seriously sharp (..pun intended). We love the way they defy gravity with sugary fragments pointing towards the heavens. Hey, extra layers means extra cake and we’re all for that no matter how it’s served up!

Lovers of Mamma Mia/ABBA culture, we have some treats for you. Shiny, iridescent wedding inspiration in the form of disco moods! We love the practical uses for disco balls in modern weddings from cake corners to tablescape decor, so if you’re not saying “I do” in a venue where you can suspend one over the dance floor, you’ve got plenty of alternatives.

Of all the 2020 wedding trends, this one is the most shady… no, not that way! I’m talking about the latest alternative to twinkle lights, market strands and candlelight – lanterns! Suspended pedestals with a rattan texture are probably the most popular type to take effect, and boy are we loving the dimension they add to a space. Who says wedding decor can’t be an interior design paradise?
