Miami Villa Wedding Inspiration With Mediterranean Renaissance Architecture

Janna Brown Design Vizcaya Editorial

Welcome to Italian renaissance paradise in this Miami villa wedding inspiration teeming with architecture, fashion, table styling and paperie that will have you swept into an Old World storybook romance in no time. It’s no secret that Janna Brown Design Co has a knack for garden-forward designs with an ethereal quality to them. And this sun-kissed editorial is no exception! Peach + cream florals complement the timeworn patina of the world famous Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, and a graceful strapless lace wedding gown from a beloved designer sweeps about each garden vignette, stopping time in her wake. Kt Crabb Photography encapsulates this warm, yet lighter-than-air feeling in her beautifully composed gallery below, and we cannot wait to share the magic with you now!

From the Designer, Janna Brown Design Co: Immersing ourselves in the Spanish influences of Vizcaya, we built our design to embrace all of the unique beauty that this unparalleled venue presented. From the storybook staircases, to the Spanish moss swaying in the trees, every corner of Vizcaya inspired each of our design details.

Our bride donned layers of lace in a dramatic gown, paired with a lace tipped veil that trailed behind her for an old world Spanish aesthetic. We warmed the palette with subtle pink and dusty rose tones that complimented the painted stonework throughout the gardens and the sun-kissed skin of our resplendent bride.

Our paper goods were inspired by the lush botanical gardens, with intricate floral and foliage sketches carried through the suite. Our reception tables boasted luxurious pooling linens, topped with gold rimmed dinnerware, crystal glassware, custom menus and an abundance of blooms…

From the Photographer, Kt Crabb Photography: The experience was beyond all expectation. It honestly felt like a breath of fresh air after a year of uncertainty. It’s hard to describe the experience of collaborating with other artists and seeing a vision come to reality, but it’s truly life giving. From the moment we walked through the gates of Vizcaya, I don’t think we stopped squealing with excitement over every moment captured between the couple and the details. I’m so grateful for this wonderful experience and truly hope it encourages couples that are patiently waiting for their day to arrive, that it will be well worth the wait!
