Santa Barbara Wedding Bursting with Coral Garden Roses

outdoor wedding with long table under a clear tent with pops of pink, coral and blue

Randolph & Katrina’s wedding started off with mudslides from the California wildfires that forced a last minute change in venue that was made a breeze thanks to their wedding planner, Onyx and Redwood. Their luxurious Santa Barbara wedding is bursting with cheery pink and coral hues with pops of blue under a tent of blush draping and crystal chandeliers. Birds of a Feather captured this dreamy California wedding and we’ve been glued to our screens ever since.

From the bride and groom: Mother Nature presented us with some unique obstacles, but Jessica and her team at Onyx + Redwood made it a breeze. Whether by FaceTime, Aisle Planner, social media, email, text or phone calls, we felt like we were there. Our view was that, too often, couples gloss over the actual wedding and devote all their attention and resources to the party. As a result, we spent almost as much time planning our ceremony as our reception, as we considered that to be the most important event of the weekend.

Well, the cat’s out of the bag… we are head over heels for this this luxurious Santa Barbara wedding and can’t help but smile at the oversized coral florals.

In terms of the aesthetic, it was a fairytale and I think our favorite part was the first dance. The first dance was a traditional Jordanian song in which every guest surrounded us, took turns dancing with us and threw money in the air to symbolize a ‘prosperous’ marriage. It was so much fun and set the tone for an entire night of dancing and merriment.
